Cutting the Rug

I think that this one involves printing it out and cutting the paper along the lines...
Each square represents a 3x2 grid of braille letters (each letter is 2x3). Once this is done, the boxes can be rearranged to form the message:
You write 16 dots, what will you see" A 6 letter word whose meaning will be sibilant sounds, written in a code that is not the same as this MO.
The answer to this is hisses, which is .... .. ... ... . ... in morse code.
