Corrections to Final Proofs

Composing for Laptop Orchestra

  • top of page 9: change "Perry Cook" to "Perry R. Cook"
  • top of page 9: add asterisk after dagger after Perry's name

(note: Perry is jointly appointed in Computer Science and Music)

  • page 10 change "(Wang et al. 2007)" to "(Wang et al. 2008)"
  • page 19 left column: in the sentence beginning with "Yet another conducting paradigm...", 'TBA' is the name of the piece, and should be in italics and *not* in quotation marks.
  • top of page 20: Figure 17 caption should be changed to "Ge Wang's TBA: orchestral live coding."

(note: TBA is the name of the piece, and should not be italicized)

  • page 20: The images for Figures 16 and 17 are switched. Please switch images for Figures 16 and 17.
  • page 24: Please expand "Wang, G., et al. 2007" to "Wang, G., D. Trueman, S. Smallwood, and P. Cook. 2008"

(note the year change to 2008 as well)

  • page 24: add page numbers for the above reference, "Wang, G., D. Trueman, S. Smallwood, and P. Cook. 2008"

  • page 38: change the publication date for (Wright, Freed, Momeni) from 2004 to 2003.
